It's definitely a leap of faith buying any plant online. Buying a CD or a book online is easy, you know exactly what your going to get. But a plant is something a little more touchy feely as it were.

I'm pleased to report that my plants arrived this morning at 08.00am. They were well packaged and the driver/courier gave assistance. The trees are very acceptable and are exactly what I wanted. So I am highly delighted. Consequently, most likely to reorder in the future.

One think we both did say.Is that, with any other service, you wouldnt normally get that personal touch ,of the supplier ringing you and offering alternative replacements and advice when goods are out of stock. The whole experience of buying the pants from the well designed web site which contained good info, to the correspondence regarding my order and possibly changes to receiving the plants has been excellent, I only wish I had found your website before ordering the bulk of the plants for the garden from another site which has not been anywhere as reliable as yours.
