It's definitely a leap of faith buying any plant online. Buying a CD or a book online is easy, you know exactly what your going to get. But a plant is something a little more touchy feely as it were.

Bamboo

I would like to say how pleased I am with my spectabilis bamboo. I was worried about having bamboo but Matt helped me choosing the right one, sorted out a suitable (and very quick) delivery and even gave me advice afterwards on how to plant and how to maintain (replying to emails weeks after my delivery). This is customer service at its very best,

I cant recommend Athelasplants enough and Matt (the Nursey Manager) was so so helpful.

If you are going to buy bamboo then you MUST buy from Athelasplants

I received the above order yesterday as promised. I am amazed at the quality of the plants and the way they were packaged. Despite the post service trying their best to squash the box, the plants came out unscathed. We have a family of geese who are determined to eat or destroy anything we plant near their pond and so today has been spent fencing an area for the plants to be planted and made safe until they are established.
Thank you very much for a very good product and now I am going back  on to the site in order to look for more plants to buy. Don't tell the hubby though, will you?!!

The plant I received was well packed, on time, and very healthy. I often buy plants on line, and the descriptions are usually misleading, particularly with size, where you end up with a tiny plant supplied in an oversized pot just so they can say "supplied in a 3 litre pot". Your description was 1.75 meters tall, which tuned out to be well over 2 meters, which was a really pleasant surprise. Thank you.
