Ordering

Orders may be placed by post, fax or e-mail. Alternatively, visit our website at
www.athelasplants.co.uk and use our secure on-line ordering facility.

Please read through the T&C below before ordering.

Payment

Payment by Credit/Debit card

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro or Delta.

Payment by Cheque

Please make the cheque payable to 'Athelas Plants', sign it, leave the amount open and write across the top 'Not to exceed £……' (to the nearest pound according to the total cost of your order). This will enable us to complete the exact amount, which is useful if we are unable to supply a particular plant due to excessive demand. It also avoids the need to issue credit notes for small amounts.

Ordering

Orders are dispatched as soon as the payment has cleared. We use an overnight carrier to ensure your plants reach you in perfect condition, but in any case of damage in transit please notify the nursery within 24 hours of receipt, quoting the invoice number and the carrier's reference.

Please indicate on the order form whether the carrier can leave your parcel(s) anywhere if you are not at home when they call. We cannot specify a time of delivery, so if the parcel can be left with a neighbour or in a garage, greenhouse or porch it will save you having to arrange alternative delivery.

IMPORTANT. If you are going on holiday PLEASE let us know, so that we do not dispatch until you have returned.

If you are unsure about postage and packaging or have an order which is either for a large number of items, or particularly heavy, then give us a call and we'll help to find the best way to get your new plants to you.

If you are ordering from outside the UK mainland, please contact us to workout the best method in getting your delivery to you. We cannot accept orders from outside of the UK.
