Well this is here to try to give you some idea as to the quality of plants and the quality of service we offer.

It's definitely a leap of faith buying an exotic plant online. Buying a CD or a book online is easy, you know exactly what your going to get. But a plant is something a little more touchy feely as it were. 

So I'm creating an ever growing list of feedback from those brave intrepid souls that have taken the plunge and tried us. All to give you a better idea of what to expect when you order a plant from us.

'Hi Matt, The plants have arrived as scheduled and in very good condition - not one branch or stem broken. From past experience this is not always the case as I have received plants, soil and pots separately at times! No matter how good the packaging a lot is down to the carrier I guess.

Thank you very much for the Acca sellowiana.  It arrived the day you told me it would and is in excellent condition.  It is also a very good size, bigger than I expected.  Please feel free to use my comments in any advertising.
Please can you give me some tips about care?  My garden is in Salisbury and is sheltered, not in a frost pocket, and well drained.  Is it safe to plant it outside and leave it to overwinter?
For your info I was inspired to buy it on the Agroforestry Research Trust’s course last weekend on forest gardening, where I saw it, and tasted the petals, near Dartington in Devon.

It has arrived and the courier was very polite. Excellent service. Plant well packed and in good condition. Thankyou for keeping me informed. If anything the compost was somewhat dry and watering before delivery could be good just in case of any problems in transit, although there wasn't any.
I know people who want some exotic plants and I'll def tell them about your site.'
